The cost and benefits of teleworking – lump sum for low wage earners

On After more than two years of pandemic, a number of office moves, affecting thousands of colleagues, were implemented in Brussels.

This new building policy provides more or less openly for the almost generalised introduction of hot-desking and seems to have only one objective — short-term savings — without regard to staff. This will be the same in Luxembourg as we already expressed to you.

Like the HR strategy, buildings policy is implemented without any form of serious consultation, bypassing or ignoring statutory bodies designed to supervise such actions.
