Mock interview (recruitment, new vacancy, annual dialogue, certification, etc.)

USF Luxembourg offers an "all inclusive" mock interview formula to its affiliates wishing to prepare: 

• a recruitment interview, 
• a mobility interview (you have applied to an open vacancy), 
• career dialogues (evaluation, promotion),  
• certification related interviews, 
• any important discussion you need or wish to have with regard to difficult work-related situations such as "harassment ", work-related conflicts. 

USF-Luxembourg (USF-L) is a Member of Union Syndicale Fédérale (USF), an organisation that is present in more than 20 Institutions and Agencies. USF Luxembourg therefore has a vast network of professionals that can help you prepare these key interviews/discussions and that can help you to answer any related questions. 

USF-L works under strict confidentiality, keeping in mind that each situation is specific and personal. The members of our network across our Federation participating in your mock interview(s) are thus also bound to strict confidentiality. 

Bear in mind that while you might think one single mock interview session is enough, most of you in fact need several sessions to be well prepared and feel confident. These sessions must be properly planned. We will provide you with prior, intermediary and post material/exercises. As the preparation of mock interviews entails a significant workload, this service is only offered to our affiliates.
