Coaching

We are only human. Sometimes in our professional life we may feel vulnerable, despair or we just miss the drive to do what we need or wish to do.

Sometimes at work you can feel uncomfortable with your own thoughts, be bored with what you do, or need an extra incentive to actually "start getting things done". Remaining in those situations is unhealthy, may lead to further negativity and down the line to a career or life accident. This is a matter of health at work and should be tackled timely.

During the COVID crisis, the Commission developed support tools to advise and accompany colleagues being in these 'demotivation' phases (see link below), but it is understaffed to advise all the colleagues who are in need of assistance. And sometimes you just do not want to share these feelings within your employer's environment.

You can come to us with those kinds of feelings. We will help you assess them in full confidentiality and if the case may be, we'll provide you with the reference of a specialized coach that knows our work environment specificities very well and with whom we have a price agreement.
